SHIPPING & EXCHANGES


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your item(s) are shipped. Some tracking updates will not appear for a few days after the package ships, depending on where it's the destination.

If any package is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost and customs are non-refundable.

For international orders, your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customers must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at the delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.

RETURNS:

You have a 48hr grace period from when you place the order to cancel, after which sales are final.



EXCHANGES:

You have 24hr after receiving the garment to contact us for an exchange, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.  Items must be unworn and in new condition.

In cases such as these, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Where provided, all original packaging should accompany the item, and the lack of these items, will risk a return being rejected.
